I have been experimenting with shooting video and using the Manfrotto monopod for video.  The first time I have used the monopod for video and after reviewing the results I can see I need a lot more time.   I basically just started shooting and really didn't think too much about the process because I was having a good time hanging out with Johanna.  If you have some video tips, let me know.
